Monday letters: Dorn does a great job

I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received at the Dorn Medical Center for the past 15 years. The support staff has been friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The doctors have been outstanding.

Recently, I phoned in a request to repair the hearing aid I received in 2009. The next morning I received a call from Dr. Lauren Goette inviting me to bring the instrument to the lab. I arrived around 10:45, sat in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes and was treated royally by Dr. Goette. She expertly replaced the broken part and cleaned, adjusted and reprogrammed my hearing aid, while we enjoyed a pleasant conversation about her schooling at Ohio State. I was on my way home by 11:45.

Just another example of why I remain a fan of the Dorn Medical Center.
