Thursday letters: Once a citizen not always a citizen

I think it is time for a new law called the Revocation of Citizenship Initiative. At 71, I feel that anyone leaving this country with the intent of returning to do harm should have his citizenship revoked and that person should not be allowed to return. Our citizenship is not a given, but it is taken for granted.
