Make sure you can vote in November
Are you ready to vote in the next election? You can register online or check your registration status at vote411.org or scvotes.org.
If you are a convicted felon and have served all of your sentence, parole and probation, your voting rights are automatically restored once you re-register to vote. Homeless people may register to vote by using the physical address of their local voter registration office as their own address. College students in school here may register to vote in South Carolina by using their dorm address as their physical address. Teenagers who will be 18 on or before Nov. 6 may register now to vote in the election. People on military duty and their dependents and people who live overseas can vote here by completing the voter registration and absentee ballot request federal post card application (FORM 76) at the county elections office or online.
