What will McMaster, Smith do to protect SC from Russia?

Our national intelligence agencies have made it clear that Russia has targeted the electronic infrastructure of our country.

Electrical grids can be disrupted in winter. Nuclear plants can be given false orders. Telephone systems can be shut down.

It is unclear that our federal government is working to defend us against these potential attacks.

The question, then, is what Gov. Henry McMaster has done to protect South Carolina. What does Rep. James Smith propose to do?

This is an important issue that needs to be addressed, for all of our sakes.
