Sunday letters: One thing Midlands does well: tailgaiting

I am not familiar with the process of selecting events for the Olympics, but if automobile tailgating were instituted as one, a winning team could be recruited from right here in the Midlands.

While a highly respected men’s team could be assembled, a world-champion women’s team is assured. If the rules were written to require the drivers to be concurrently using cell phones, we are guaranteed a place in the international spotlight.
