Sunday letters: Thanks for work to clean SC highways

I would like to acknowledge the hard work of PalmettoPride Adopt-a-Highway volunteers and the Department of Corrections inmates who are clearing litter from the interstates and highways. I have definitely noticed an increased presence of Corrections Department crews on my commute into Columbia.

Thanks for helping to keep South Carolina beautiful.
