Sunday letters: The Strom Thurmond parking lot? You can’t make this stuff up
Let me get this straight: On-street parking was eliminated on the block around the Strom Thurmond federal building to protect the building from a terrorist threat. Now the feds want to tear down the VA building on one of those corners to build a parking lot next to the Thurmond Building. So much for security.
