Monday letters: Other Lexington County Council members should join Jeffcoat in departing

Great news: “Johnny Jeffcoat will not seek reelection” (Aug. 26). Best decision he has made in more than 20 years.

Now, if we can hear the same from Councilwoman Debbie Summers and a couple more, we can begin to install some common sense on Lexington County Council and move in a positive direction.
