Letters: Anti-religion group selective in targets

The heathen are raging again (“Group wants USC to eliminate its chaplain position,” Aug. 21).

The Freedom From Religion Foundation has written a letter of complaint to USC President Harris Pastides, requesting elimination of the chaplaincy in the USC football program. It argues the program violates constitutional guidelines against public funds endorsing religion or engaging in religious exercises.

Where is the letter of complaint from the foundation to the Columbia City Council opposing the use of public funds for the gay pride parade and activities?
