Letters: USC gouging money on parking

USC just announced it had completed its $1 billion (with a "B") fund-raising campaign. Maybe now the school can afford some new fashionable aprons for the parking attendants to stuff the $10 bills in, just to park your vehicle at a Colonial Center show.
