Letters: Raising the minimum wage
"What South Carolinians Say..." in the September 13 issue of The State, says that 66% of S.C. voters support raising the minimum wage. If you asked, "Do you support higher unemployment and fewer opportunities for young workers?" I wonder how many would say "Yes," but that is the result of a higher minimum wage.
