Letters: Thanks to person who removed debris before flood
To the mystery person who was prowling Marion and Franklin streets in Cottontown at 4 a.m. Sunday, picking up trash and debris from the storm drains, a huge “thank you.”
We flooded as expected, but I have no doubt that your efforts prevented an even larger, longer problem.
