Monday letters: Spurrier needs to go ahead and leave
Steve Spurrier took us to a new level and then brought us right back to our former level. He should have been fired last year when he ran his arrogant mouth with his “I’ll coach two more years” comment and lost a Top 5 recruit.
It makes me sick that he will remain in his office overlooking Williams Brice Stadium until the end of the regular season. What happened to “Quitters never win”? He should get out of our stadium and take Ray Tanner with him, becausehe apparently can’t do his job either.
