Schools could resolve classroom disturbances without involving the police if the parent or legal guardian of the problem child were called immediately and asked to deal with his or her child. Leave the children in their chairs to be dealt with by the parents. If there is a problem a second time, expel the children or send them to an alternative school for disruptive children. This puts the responsibility back on the parent where it belongs.

The problem in the schools is not the students most of the time but poor parenting. If these parents were made to be responsible, maybe we would see a change in the schools.
