Letters: Veterans should protest treatment

Why are veterans not protesting the way they are being cared for at Dorn V.A. Medical Center?

Veterans are entitled to be cared for with dignity and respect. They served our country and laid their lives on the line for the rest of us, and for that they have my heartfelt thanks.

Our son gave 20 years to the Army and was deployed to Bosnia and Afghanistan four times. Many others did the same. Is it fair to come back to the United States and be treated like they did nothing?

Veterans and their families need to protest in front of the hospital. Let your voices be heard.
