Monday letters: Rosewood could use a dog park

There was talk sometime back about Columbia creating a dog park at Owens Field, but nothing seems to have happened.

I live in Rosewood, and I think it would be so great to have a dog park where we could walk our dogs and get to know one another more as a community.

It would be good for the dogs, and a great way to get to know our neighbors.
