In reading the Feb. 26 article, “Road-repair proposal running out of gas in Senate,” I was reminded of a bumper sticker that I saw when the Florida legislature was beginning its annual session: “Where is Guy Fawkes When We Need Him?”.

And a bonus question: How many of our genius legislators know who Guy Fawkes was?
