Letters: Romney, McCain were the dangers to America

Let me see if I understand this. The GOP establishment has dragged Mitt Romney and John McCain out of the holes in which they should be ashamedly hiding to tell everyone what a danger Donald Trump would be for America’s future.

When Romney ran during the last debacle election, did he not praise Trump and profusely thank Trump for his endorsement?

Who has been the biggest danger for America’s future? McCain and Romney were the “it’s your turn” picks by the GOP elites to run for president. Both were as weak a candidate as another of the GOP establishment’s brilliant picks, Bob Dole.

McCain and Romney both lost miserably and gave us Barack Obama, and how did that work out for America’s future?
