Letters: Drivers don’t have right to harm others
Maybe Jim Clark should have the right to kill himself by not wearing a motorcycle helmet (“Keep the government out of my driving choices,” April 11). But he doesn’t have the right to kill others when he crashes his car while distracted by talking on the phone.
Of course, if he promises to kill only himself, then he should go ahead and talk.
