Letters: Haley selective about federal aid

So Gov. Nikki Haley vetoed the $40 million to assist farmers hit hard by the October floods because there are federal programs that can assist S.C. farmers. Is this the same federal government that Gov. Haley loves to take to task for overreach? It is striking how GOP governors will malign the federal government with every other breath but turn around and accept federal assistance when it suits their purposes.
