I have never been a big fan of the S.C. Department of Revenue, especially around mid-April, but I have been pulling for the agency as it attempts to stop Richland County from the fraud, waste and corruption that is the transportation penny sales tax.

Citizens should be outraged that county leaders are spending our tax dollars to defend themselves after they got caught with their hands in the cookie jar.
