Letters: Hawk-killing trustee got off easy

Let me get this straight: Charles Williams, a USC trustee, broke federal law, killed 31 beautiful red-tail hawks in an inhumane way and ordered others to also break the law. This from someone who should be a good example to the community?

I don’t think so. The $75,000 fine was inadequate.
