Letters: The man-child who would be president

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump

Donald Trump’s comment about judges, Hillary Clinton and “the Second Amendment people” is the sort of mixed humor and serious (and half-baked) idea that an adolescent boy attending a military prep school might quip during a late-night discussion on politics. It is certainly not the sort of thing that any serious presidential contender would say.

But the truth is easy to understand: Donald Trump has simply never grown up.

He is a boy trapped in the body of a man, with the emotional control of an impetuous child, fueled by a philosophy that never progressed beyond the thinking of an adolescent.

Donald Trump is a man-child who should never be allowed anywhere near the oval office.
