Letters: Seniors shouldn’t have to pay for nuclear plant they’ll never see

SCE&G has said the high and rising cost we are paying now for the nuclear generating station will result in savings down the road.

Perhaps the company should consider giving a big, deep discount to people like my elderly mother. She is more than 80 years old and may not ever get her money back. Surely, SCE&G can find some way to give our older citizens a little bit of a break.
