Letters: Use your headlights in the rain

AP

When it’s raining heavily and visibility is poor, you need to run on your headlights. This is a safety issue.

I must have had more than a dozen cars approach me with no headlights on during a recent heavy rain. Turning on just parking lights in heavy rain is not sufficient: They are parking lights, not driving lights.
