Letters: Hawk-killing USC trustee should be caged

The “bird-lover’ judge should have sentenced USC trustee Charles Williams to 120 days in a cage (jail) for killing hawks so he would understand what it is like to be trapped (“Hawk-killing USC trustee says he got bad deal from ‘bird lover’ judge,” Aug 10).

I hope USC is doing all it can to have Mr. Williams removed as a trustee. He does not represent the university very well.
