Three South Carolina football commits make ESPN’s Top 300 for Class of 2020

With Signing Day for Class of 2019 already passed, it is not too early to look at some of the top prospects for the Class of 2020.

ESPN released its Top 300 for the Class of 2020 and three South Carolina commits are on it – Calhoun County offensive lineman Tyshawn Wannamker (165), Myrtle Beach quarterback Luke Doty (183) and offensive lineman Issiah Walker (214) of Northland High School in Miami, Fla. All three players are ranked as four-star prospects.

Doty finished with 3,037 yards passing, 701 yards rushing and 43 total touchdowns in helping Myrtle Beach to the Class 4A championship. Wannamaker, who also plays basketball for Calhoun County,is ranked by 247Sports as the 10th-best guard in the country.

Walker just had a strong showing at an Under Armour Camp earlier this week and is 20h-best tackle in the country according to 247Sports.
