Clemson redshirt junior guard Taylor Hearn has made his NFL draft decision.

Hearn announced at Clemson’s media day on Wednesday that he will skip his senior season and turn pro.

The Williston-Elko product was named third-team All-ACC last month.

Hearn has started all 13 games for Clemson at left guard and has played 707 snaps, which is the fourth-most on the team.

Hearn spoke with Tigers head coach Dabo Swinney and offensive line coach Robbie Caldwell before making his decision.

“I earned my degree so that played a big part in it, and just talking with coach Caldwell and coach Swinney, we just think that I could only benefit from it,” Hearn said. “So that’s about it. I’m ready for the next opportunity. I’m ready to open a new door. I’m going to get after it and give it all I’ve got.”
