Game time, TV info set for Clemson’s first two games

The kickoff times for Clemson’s first two games are set.

The Tigers will travel to face Wake Forest at 7:30 p.m. on ABC, the ACC announced Tuesday. The game will be played without fans in the stands, Wake Forest announced earlier Tuesday.

Clemson will play its home opener the following week when it hosts The Citadel on Sept. 19. That game will be played at 4 p.m. and will be televised by the ACC Network.

Clemson has won 11 consecutive games against Wake Forest, including a 52-3 victory in Death Valley last year. The Tigers earned a 63-3 win two years ago in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Clemson is ranked No. 1 in both polls entering the 2020 season.
