Warner Robins, Ga., offensive lineman Trey Hill is a highly regarded prospect who remains open with his recruiting, and Clemson and South Carolina are two of the schools on his mind. Hill said he has regular contact with both. He has not yet narrowed his list but being an early graduate he plans to get that done in the near future so he can line up his official visits.

He said he hears from the Gamecocks about two times a week.

“I talk to Muschamp a lot,” Hill said adding he’s not sure yet if he’ll get to a USC game this season.

The Tigers have also been coming hard.

“I like them a lot,” Hill said. “I talk to them like four or five times a week. We stay in touch pretty good.” Hill said. He’ll probably make it back to Clemson for the Auburn game.

Hill was offered in 2016 and visited for the junior day in late January and camped there last summer.

He’s also talking regularly with Florida, Auburn, Georgia, Southern Cal, Texas and others. Some of his other offers include Florida State, Ohio State, Alabama, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Georgia Tech, Michigan, Kentucky, Louisville and Michigan State.

As he goes thru the process, Hill said there are a few things he’s looking for in his college choice.

“Where I feel at home, the atmosphere, how people act down there wherever I go,” he said.

Hill said he’s being recruiting mainly for guard but he can also play center.
