The Erskine Flying Fleet celebrate their historic win Saturday over the Barton Bulldogs in a game played at Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina.

In a game played at Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina, Erskine College defeated Barton 30-28. It was a historic matchup for both Division II programs that were playing their first football games since the early 1950s.
Wide receiver Javian Bellamy — a junior from Columbia who starred locally at Ben Lippen — scored the Fleet’s first touchdown.
