Jackie Bradley Jr could have banter with Ok. State alum manager
The coming weekend should be an interesting one for former Gamecocks star Jackie Bradley Jr., and his manager.
The Red Sox outfielder plays for John Farrell, who was a star pitcher at Oklahoma State and coached there from 1997-2001. The Gamecocks and Cowboys will face off this weekend in the South Carolina NCAA Super Regional.
Gamecocks broadcaster tweeted he wondered if there’s be any banter between the two, and Bradley responded the clubhouse had already seen some banter, as Red Sox pitching coach Carl Willis attended UNCW, the squad USC topped twice to win its regional.
