Will Muschamp updates South Carolina injuries prior to UGA game

South Carolina senior right guard Cory Helms is healthy and will start Saturday against Georgia, Gamecocks head coach Will Muschamp said Thursday night on his “Carolina Calls” radio show. Malik Young, who has started at both left tackle and right tackle this season, is doubtful due to an ankle injury. Reserve wide receiver Terry Googer (concussion) won’t play.

Helms had missed three games in a row with an ankle injury. He came back vs. the Commodores but aggravated the injury. Sadarius Hutcherson showed promise in his place after a shaky start.
