USC’s Brandon Wilds tapped for Walker watch list
South Carolina senior Brandon Wilds made the preseason watch list for the Doak Walker Award on Thursday. The award is given to the most outstanding running back in college football.
Wilds rushed 106 times for 570 yards and four touchdowns last year, also catching 18 passes for 143 yards and a score. He is expected to split time with David Williams in the backfield this year.
