USC to face Kentucky under the lights at Williams-Brice as kickoff time, TV channel set

South Carolina football’s final SEC game of the season will be under the lights.

The USC Gamecocks will host the Kentucky Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18 at Williams-Brice Stadium, the SEC announced Monday afternoon. The game will air on SEC Network.

South Carolina just snapped a four-game losing streak against Jacksonville State to improve to 3-6 overall. USC (1-5 SEC) plays at home for the remainder of the regular season, where the Gamecocks are 15-2 under head coach Shane Beamer.

Kentucky (6-3) became bowl-eligible after defeating Mississippi State, 24-3, in its final home game of the season. The Wildcats are the seventh team in the SEC to reach six wins this season.

This is the first night game since the Gamecocks traveled to Tennessee on Sep. 30. USC opened the season with four of its first five games at 7:30 p.m.

This will be the 35th all-time meeting between USC and Kentucky. The Gamecocks lead the series 19-14-1.

For this week, USC hosts Vanderbilt at noon and UK hosts Alabama at noon.
