First look as ‘College GameDay’ set is built at Gamecock Park in Columbia

The preview show will air from 9 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday from Gamecock Park, adjacent to Williams-Brice Stadium. It will move inside the stadium for the final hour ahead of the Gamecocks’ noon game against LSU. “College GameDay” will air on ESPN, while the game itself will be broadcast on ABC.
The TV set will be featured throughout the day Friday for “SportsCenter” hits. The network’s “College Football Live” show will be broadcast from there at 4 p.m. on ESPN2.
Fans can come over Friday to watch the shows. On Saturday, the “GameDay” pit will open at 6:30 a.m. for fans.
