Final bowl projections for South Carolina on 2024 selection Sunday
It’s selection Sunday for bowl season. South Carolina will learn its postseason destination sometime Sunday afternoon.
Here’s what the final national projections say will happen for Shane Beamer’s Gamecocks (9-3), winners of six straight games to close the regular season.

This will be the third bowl game in Beamer’s four seasons as South Carolina’s head coach. The Gamecocks defeated North Carolina in the Chick-fil-A Bowl to wrap up 2021, then lost to Notre Dame in the Gator Bowl as the conclusion of the 2022 season.
