Kickoff time, TV channel set for South Carolina vs. Vanderbilt football game
The kickoff time has been set for South Carolina’s SEC opener in two weeks.
USC’s matchup on Sept. 13 with Vanderbilt will start at 7:45 p.m. The game will be in Williams-Brice Stadium and televised on SEC Network. The decision was announced late Saturday during the Gamecocks’ home game against S.C. State.
That makes it two straight night games at home for Shane Beamer and the Gamecocks.
South Carolina is riding a 16-game win streak over Vanderbilt. The Gamecocks went on the road and beat the Commodores 28-7 last season.
USC is coming off a 24-11 win over Virginia Tech in their season opener in Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. on Sunday.
