South Carolina offensive lineman Trovon Baugh is entering the transfer portal, his representatives told On3’s Pete Nakos on Wednesday.

Baugh just wrapped up his junior season with the Gamecocks. In three seasons, Baugh made an appearance in 35 games with South Carolina. Baugh started 11 games for South Carolina in 2025.

Baugh, who is listed at 6-foot-3, 335 pounds, was an All-SEC Freshman honoree in 2023. Baugh played predominantly right guard for the Gamecocks in 2025. His Pro Football Focus grades were a 54.1 for overall offense, 61.6 for pass blocking and 56.4 for run blocking.

The Atlanta, Georgia native is the fifth scholarship Gamecock to announce their intentions to transfer. Baugh joins fellow offensive linemen Nick Sharpe and Mac Walters, as well as tight end Michael Smith and defensive lineman Zavion Hardy.

The transfer portal opens on Jan. 2 and closes on Jan. 16. Players can announce their intentions to transfer before that but must officially enter the portal during that window.
