SEC Football Media Days begin next week in Tampa, Florida. On Tuesday, the league announced the 48 players who will be making the trip alongside their respective head coaches to speak to the media between July 20 and July 23.

South Carolina head coach Shane Beamer will be joined by QB LaNorris Sellers, wide receiver Nyck Harbor and defensive back Peyton Williams next week in Tampa. Beamer and his trio of players will speak to the media alongside representatives from Auburn, Georgia and Vanderbilt on July 21 (next Tuesday).

This is Sellers’ second trip to SEC Media Days. He made his debut alongside Beamer, DQ Smith and Nick Barrett last year when the event was held in Atlanta.

Sellers enters his third season as South Carolina’s starting quarterback in 2026. Last year, he threw for 2,437 yards, 13 touchdowns and eight interceptions. He also added 270 yards and five touchdowns on the ground. The redshirt junior has totaled 6,052 yards of offense and 46 touchdowns in his time with the Gamecocks.

Harbor is coming off the best year of his career with the Gamecocks. In 2025, he logged career-highs in receptions (30), yards (618) and touchdowns (six). Harbor enters his senior year with 36 games played in a South Carolina uniform and 1,189 total receiving yards to his name.

Williams has been with the program since 2022 and enters his redshirt senior season in 2026. The Texas native is coming off the best year of his career. Last season, Williams started all 12 games for the Gamecocks at safety and was fifth on the team with 50 total tackles. Williams’ two interceptions were tied for most on the team. Williams has played in 28 games over the last four years for South Carolina and has 72 total tackles to his name.

South Carolina is coming off a 4-8 season in 2025. The Gamecocks will kick off the 2026 campaign on Sept. 5 at home vs. Kent State at 12:45 p.m.
