North Carolina’s offense, which averaged 33.2 points per game in 2014, scored 0 in the second half against South Carolina. The Gamecocks did not shut out an opponent for a half all of last season.

The Gamecocks had five different players take a snap at quarterback- Connor Mitch, Perry Orth, Pharoh Cooper, Brandon Wilds and David Williams. Punter Sean Kelly also had an offensive snap, running for 17 yards on a fake punt.

South Carolina rushed for 254 yards, averaging 5.4 yards per carry. Senior Shon Carson led the way with four rushes for 75 yards.
