USC’s Pharoh Cooper responds to fans’ negative Tweets
When South Carolina standout Pharoh Cooper muffed a punt and dropped a would-be touchdown in the first half Saturday vs. UCF, fans turned to Twitter to grumble about it.
Cooper responded in the second half with a 29-yard touchdown run and a 35-yard touchdown reception in helping the Gamecocks score a 31-14 win over the Knights.
Cooper then responded after the game to the Twitter tantrums.
“LOL to all these negative tweets about me .. Ima always come through for my team baby ! Believe dat !” he said. “I expect Yall to be mad .. Cause that’s not what’s expected of me ..! Forever gonna fight for my team ! I promise !?
USC plays at Missouri at noon Saturday.
