Will Muschamp gives short, video address to the fanbase
Reports broke early Sunday morning, and picked up steam through the day. In the middle of the afternoon, South Carolina officially announced Will Muschamp will be its next head coach.
The news was posted on the team’s Twitter account with an image of Muschamp in a Gamecocks shirt.
“We believe Coach Muschamp will have great success here at USC,” USC Trustees chairman Gene Warr said. “He's a hard worker, great recruiter who genuinely cares about his players and he is a quality person.
“And, he knows how to coach football.”
