Will Muschamp’s deal to become head football coach of South Carolina will pay him $3 million a year The State has learned.
Three source with knowledge of the situation told The State's Andy Shain that Muschamp agreed to a 5-year deal at the $3 million annual salary. That’s less than former coach Steve Spurrier made, as he was paid $4 million by the end of his tenure.
