Connor Shaw, Dylan Thompson get reunion as their teams face off

Dylan Thompson and Connor Shaw spent a lot of time together in South Carolina’s quarterbacks room across four years together in Columbia.

They’ve gone separate ways, Shaw to play for the Cleveland Browns and Thompson to the San Francisco 49ers, but Sunday they got to say hello.

The Browns and 49ers faced off in Cleveland, and after the game, Thompson posted a photo of the two together. Cleveland won 24-10.

Shaw has spent the season on injured reserve with ligament damage in his thumb. Thompson worked his way onto San Francisco’s active roster but has yet to throw an NFL pass.
