Reaction: Brandon McIlwain opts for USC over MLB draft process
South Carolina quarterback commitment Brandon McIlwain of Newtown, Pa., announced Thursday that will enroll early with the Gamecocks and skip the chance to be selected in June’s Major League Baseball draft.
McIlwain is a two-sport standout and intends to play football and baseball for the Gamecocks. Here are some of the reactions to the news via Twitter:
