The South Carolina football program is among the most valuable nationally. Just ask the Forbes staff that put a price on it.

According to Forbes’ Chris Smith, the Gamecocks program’s value checked in at $69 million. That figure was good enough to rank 18th in the country.

Texas led the country at $152 million, and Tennessee led the SEC and came in third nationally. The SEC had five teams in the top 10 (No. 4 LSU, No. 6 Georgia, No. 8 Alabama, No. 10 Auburn), and nine in the top 18.

Clemson was not listed in the top 20.
