Things never really worked out for former four-star wide receiver Shaq Davidson with South Carolina’s football team.
Earlier in the offseason, he left the team. Now he’s found a new home.
News broke Thursday evening Davidson had landed with Jacksonville State, an FCS program in Alabama. Jacksonville is a powerhouse on that level, having reached a national title game in 2015.
Davidson will be eligible to play immediatly and will have four years to play. The former Gaffney star did not play a down for South Carolina.
