South Carolina guard Ebrima Dibba has entered the transfer portal, he confirmed on his social media account Tuesday afternoon. He spent two seasons at South Carolina.

Dibba spent the majority of his time with the Gamecocks injured, after an Achilles tear sidelined him for all of the 2022-23 season. Dibba spent most of the 2023-24 season on the sidelines as well, seeing limited action in six games.

He’s entering the transfer portal as a graduate transfer with two years of eligibility remaining. Dibba averaged 8.2 points, 5.2 assists and 4.8 rebounds in 90 games at Coastal Carolina before transferring to USC.

Lamont Paris and the Gamecocks are now down two point guards (Ta’Lon Cooper and Dibba) going into the offseason with three available scholarships to work with. Meechie Johnson entered the transfer portal on Monday after his two seasons with South Carolina.
