P.J. Dozier, the jewel of South Carolina’s recruiting class, was OK after sustaining a nasty injury during the S.C. Pro-Am on Monday.

Dozier went up for a shot and had his legs cut out from under him. He fell to the floor face-first.

His upper right lip was bloodied and he was taken to get stitches. A McDonald’s All-American from Spring Valley High and the son of former Gamecock Perry Dozier, Dozier is expected to play significant minutes this year.
